Protests against PDD held 7/26/2015 11:48:37 PM Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, July 26: Irate over the unscheduled power cuts at Udhampur town, hundreds of local people today held a massive protest demonstration against Power Development Department (PDD) and blocked a road near District Hospital Udhampur. Hundreds staged protest demonstration seeking immediate intervention of respective authorities of PDD to provide respite to the people from scheduled and unscheduled power cuts.
