Jammu, Aug 25: Notwithstanding the fact that Sony company which is one of the leading manufacturers of electronic products across the world is reportedly maligning its image at Gandhi Nagar service centre. A customer Kamal Sawhney, who purchased a Sony LED which costs nearly 1.50 Lakhs from the showroom at Gandhi Nagar, faced hard time, when he called Sony Service Centre Gandhi Nagar for fitting of the LED. "It was only after repeated calls that Authorised Service Centre, VISTA Electronic Care, HNO 526-A Behind Lakshmi Naryan Mandir Gandhi Nagar Jammu , T:0191 2435790 sent their representative for fitting", Kamal Sawhney said. He further informed that he got totally frustrated when he once again called on mobile number of authorized service centre 9858388212, for providing an internet connection to newly purchased LED. "Firstly, the authorized Service Centre owner said, he will immediately send the service boy, who didn't reach my home at Gandhi Nagar after three hours. When I again made a phone call, the phone was not picked up", he said. "It it my fault to purchase LED of a reputed company. I had never expected such a bad treatment from the Service Centre of a reputed company", he said, adding that it was unexpected such a treatment from a reputed company, which is ranked 105th on the 2014 list of Fortune Global 500. On being contacted to Vista Electronic Care, the person on other side said that there were a large number of complaints, which were addressed as per serial number. On being asked if there was any shortage of employees, he replied in negative and said that he would immediately send a service boy, either by evening or by tomorrow morning to the customer. |
