Former Minister criticizes Govt over acute power crises

Jammu, Sept 1: Dr Manohar Lal Sharma Senior congress leader, Former Minister has expressed his serious concern over frequent power failure in various villages and towns of district Kathua.
According to press release, the most of area suffer badly due to unscheduled power cuts even more than 20 unscheduled cuts occurs a day.
Dr Sharma said due to the power failure the water supply are affected badly causing a second trouble to the people of the area in scorching heat.
He further said that more than 93 transformers had gone kaput in entire district which make the life worst, due to lackadaisical approach of incumbent government the people are forced to come on roads and agitate against the government and department aggressively in routine.
