Populace of Hiranagar pays tributes to Neta Ji

Kathua, Jan 24: On the eve of birth anniversary of one of the greatest pre-independence leader, Neta Ji Subash Chandra Bose the villagers of Tehsil Hiranagar organised a simple but impressive function, at Chapper Morh.
A large number of villagers from Chapper Morh and other adjoining villagers marked their presence on the occasion, whereas Former MLC Subash Chander Gupta graced the occasion as chief guest.
After paying glowing tributes, Subash Chander Gupta speaking about Netaji said that from his childhood days he was against the most resilient force of British. Gupta also elaborated about Indian National Army's great valour and sacrifice, and how helped to regain freedom from British.
Throwing light on the childhood days of Netaji, Subash Gupta said that once someone asked Bose about his ambition in life and he replied in strong voice that he would like to become a 'Sainik'. He indeed made this dream into reality. He sacrificed everything for the liberation of motherland.
Subash Chander Gupta spoke highly of Subash Chandra Bose's courage and great efforts in the Nation's freedom struggle, and said that every Indian duly remembers his contribution. He also urged every Indian to get inspiration by Netaji Subash Chandra Bose and pledge their lives in the service of Nation thereby taking the Nation to new heights.
Subash Gupta further added that Netaji Subash Chandra Bose established Indian National Army known as Azad Hind Fouj as a movement to free India from centuries old slavery at the hands of British. He dwelt in length about the life sketch of Netaji and significant contribution made by him towards awakening every Indian to revolt against the foreign rule in the country.
"Netaji was an outstanding leader of the freedom movement and a revolutionary par excellence who took the struggle for independence beyond the Indian borders and was the founder of the Indian National Army", Gupta added. Prominent persons who also paid tributes on the occasion include Panch Bhagwan Das, Headmaster of Middle School Chapper Morh Darshan Lal, Retired Head Master Dev Raj, Jagdish Chander, Madan Lal, Rakesh Khajuria, Panna Lal, Sohan Lal, Dr Bunty and others.
