Jammu, Feb 4 : Excise Department at Excise & Taxation Training Institute, Nagrota under the chairmanship of Excise Commissioner, J&K T Angchuk organized an impressive pipping ceremony. According to official, "Six Excise guards recently promoted as Excise Sub Inspectors (ESis) were decorated with ranks on this occasion. "On this occasion the chief guest Excise Commissioner J&K T Angchuk exhorted the newly promoted Sub-Inspectors to perform their duties on higher post with honesty, hard work and zeal, spokesperson added. He said that Mohammed Shahid Saleem, Deputy Excise Commissioner (Executive) Jammu holding additional charge of the Principal, Excise & Taxation Training Institute, Nagrota, and Shubra Sharma, Deputy Excise Commissioner (Accounts) J&K alongwith Excise and Taxation Officers, Excise Inspectors, staff of the Institute and trainee Sub-Inspectors were also present in the ceremony.
