World Heritage Week-celebrated

Jammu, Apr 25 : Jammu Sanskriti School today celebrated World Heritage Week with the students to make them aware about the cultural heritage and its preservation.
During the week long activities, students of Class Prep visited Mubarak Mandi Museum where they were guided about the heritage and monuments of J&K. Emperors- Historically known as Gulabi Darbar Hall (Pink Hall) Poster Making, quiz competitions were the part of the celebration. The staff at the Museum was very courteous and explained the students about the movement with great zeal.
India is a land with various faiths, religious-sections, cultures, tradition and rich heritage. Its staggering diversity has been a unifying factor to make it a strong and unified- nation Principal cum Vice Chairperson Rohini Aima asked the students that it is very necessary to protect and preserve the variety of priceless cultural heritage and historical monuments.
