Special Yoga class organized

Jammu, Apr 27: A special Yoga class was organized in Police Technical Training Institute, Vijaypur in a pleasant and mind soothing morning environment.
The Yoga practice was conducted in Parade ground of the Institute under the guidance of yoga instructor (from Patanjali Yog Peeth) namely Ravinder Sharma. He appraised the importance of Yoga for maintenance of health and gave various health tips to the participants. He advised the participants to conduct regular practice of Yoga as it helps in gaining perfect equilibrium and removes negatives blocks from the mind. Yoga bestows health benefits, helps in inculcating self discipline and explores immense working abilities. During yoga session various 'Asanas' and 'Parnavamas' were practiced. Ranjit Kanwar, SSP (Principal-PTTI Vijaypur), KK Zutshi, Dy.SP.(Admn.), various NGOs, staff/trainees of PTTI Vijaypur and locals of the area participated in the event. The gathering was about 500. The participants took keen interest in the Yoga and praised for such type of initiative.
