JAMMU, Apr 27: A meeting of Kashmiri Pandits was held today in which they asked the leaders of BJP and PDP as to on what agenda the coalition Government has been framed after three months of demise of Mufti Mohd Syed then Chief Minister of J&K, and the reasons there of for taking such long time of three months to frame government on a coalition agenda. The agenda be made public for the information of the general masses.
They had also demanded from government as to what steps have been taken for permanent rehabilitation of the Kashmiri Pandit Migrant community in Kashmir valley.
They further said that the government has totally failed to mitigate the suffering of the general masses of the State. This government is committed to lift AFSPA without taking into account the sacrifices of the security Personnel in curbing the militancy for ensuring peace and is also committed Open all routes with Pakistan, for trade purposes.
They further said that lifting AFSPA from J&K will prove hazardous for the general masses as the security forces have always remained at the disposal the general masses to help them during Natural calamities.
