JAMMU, May 23: Shaheen Football Club won the 7 a side football tournament which was organised by senior players, Bijander Singh, Rishi Chettri in support with members of Dogra FC at Shastri Nagar play field, here. In the final, Shaheen defeated Param FC (Al Machos) 2-0 via tie-breaker. Earlier, both the sides played well in the stipulated time but could decide the fate of the game. In all, 12 teams took part in this tournament. Meanwhile, the organizers appreciated Shaheen Club coaches, Shehnaz Iqbal, Manoj Kumar, Rakesh Club and other members of the management for raising a competitive side. |
