Cabinet approves transfer, posting of 3 IAS, 3 KAS officers 5/23/2016 11:20:59 PM Early Times Report SRINAGAR, May 23: The State Cabinet which met here today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti approved transfer and posting of three IAS and three KAS officers. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary (IAS), Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the Chief Minister's Secretariat. Sushma Chauhan (IAS), awaiting orders of adjustment has been transferred and posted as Director, Tourism, Jammu. Niraj Kumar (IAS), Deputy Commissioner Pulwama has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner Udhampur. R K Varma (KAS), Director, Tourism Jammu has been transferred and posted as Secretary in the Planning, Development and Monitoring Department. Zubair Ahmad (KAS), Member, Service Selection Board has been transferred and posted as Director, Information, J&K.
