Man missing after allegations of daughter's rape found hanging Locals allege conspiracy, demand probe 8/21/2016 11:07:43 PM Early Times Reporter Jammu, Aug 21:Mystery shrouded after body of a man who was accused of rape of his daughter and was missing since allegations of rape was found hanging with branch of a tree at village Zahol in Rajbagh area. The deceased has been identified as Subash Singh of village Zahol in Rajbagh area. Police sources said on July 30, daughter of the deceased leveled allegations of rape against her father (Subash) following which a case under FIR no. 165/16 under sections 376 and 511 of RPC registered at Rajbagh police station. After the lodging of FIR, Subash was missing and today his body was found hanging with branch of tree in forest area near his residence at Village Zahol. After body of the deceased was found hanging police reached the spot and shifted the body to the mortuary of a hospital while locals staged protest demonstration and alleged that it is a well planned conspiracy to eliminate Subash as he had allegedly estranged relations with his wife.
