Jammu, Oct 12: A group interactive monthly programme 'Baithak' was organized today where slide presentation of the sculptures of Padamshree Rajinder Tiku, a well known and international awardee, was displayed.
Painter artists, sculptors, writers and intellectuals participated in the Baithak programme. After the presentation and interpretation & explanation by the artist, an interaction session was organized where the participants discussed various aspects of Tiku's monumental sculptures. The sculptures displayed during the show were the ones created by him in the recent past, collected by various collectors or installed in various cities of the country like Mumbai, Gwalior, Varanasi, Jammu, Chandigarh and Udaipur. Various aspects were revealed through this programme about the sculptures of Rajinder Tiku. writers. |
