Jammu, Oct 22:A cricket match was organized at Institute of Management Sciences (IMS) in which students from Department of Management Sciences and Department of Computer Sciences participated.
The match was for twelve overs only.
Participants were very much enthusiastic about this match and they played very well. The team from Department of Computer Sciences won the match by 17 runs. Director IMS, Prof J R Dhotra presented the trophy to the winning team.
He further emphasized that students must take keen interest in sport in order to improve overall personality.
The match was organized by the Sports club of IMS, under the supervision of Assistant Professor- cum- Sports Club member, IMS, Harpreet Singh, and Assistant Professor-cum-Sports Club Member, IMS, Vivek Sanson. |
