BVP organizes Bharat Ko Jano quiz competition at JP Public School

JAMMU, Nov 16: Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP) Jammu East Branch conducted Bharat Ko Jano quiz competition here today at JK Public School, Panjtirthi. On this occasion, Suman Bamba, Principal of the school was chief uest.
As many as 9 teams participated in the competition. The participating teams were JK Public School, Luthra Hr. Secondary School, S.M Jain Hr Secondary School Jammu, DPS Jammu, S.D Sabha, Jullaka Mohalla, Tiny Tots, DBN, Environment Education Institute and Oriental Academy.
The competition commenced with lighting of traditional lamp followed by Vandematram and welcome address by Principal.
Amita Sharma, State President BVP threw light on the objectives of Bharat Vikas Parishad whereas Jyotsna Sharma, President Jammu East Branch narrated the importance of competition including rules and regulations of the competition.
In neck to neck competition of junior Category in which 8 Teams participated, Oriental Academy bagged 1st position whereas DPS and Environment Educational Institute, Jullaka Mohalla settled at 2nd and 3rd position.
In another competition of Senior Category in which again 9 Teams participated, JK Public School Panjtirthi was adjudged 1st and Oriental Academy 2nd whereas 3rd position was shared by S.M Jain Hr Sec School and Delhi Public School.
