Leaving the agenda unfinished after being trounced by the opposition on the floor of the House, the government is considering options of holding a short duration session to pass important legislations.
Before being adjourned sine die on January 30, ten days ahead of the schedule, the legislative assembly in its this session could have only 17 sittings. However, the important government business listed in the calendar could not be transacted as for more than ten sittings the House had to be adjourned midway due to noisy protests from the position.

Despite advancing the budget session for over two months consecutively for two years, no lessons appear to have been learnt except catching big headlines that “Jammu and Kashmir has set a new precedence”.
