'Salutes men behind Mumbai blasts'

Srinagar,July 13 : Beware! Al-Qaeda has arrived in Kashmir! According to an editor of a local news agency, a caller Abu-Al-Hadeed, identifying himself as a spokesperson of Al-Qaeda Jammu and Kashmir, called their office at 1215 hours on Thursday and started his telephonic conversation as thus: "I'm Abu-Al-Hadeed, spokesperson of Al-Qaeda Jammu and Kashmir, and Abu Abdur Rehman Ansari is our chief commander here, and soon we will make public our organizational structure and motives," the news agency reported. The local news agency said that the so-called spokesman of Al-Qaeda "saluted" the men who carried out Mumbai serial blasts on Tuesday, the day when Srinagar also did bleed and rocked with serial grenade blasts, killing nine persons; mostly tourists. Expressing his happiness and contentment over the Mumbai attacks, the Al-Qaeda spokesperson termed the attacks as a reaction to " India's repressive measures against the minority community of Muslims", the agency said.
