| Financially 'broke' Yasin Malik goes for costly surgery | | | Early Times Report Srinagar, Oct 4: Separatist leader Yasin Malik, who is considered pioneer of terrorism in Valley, will undergo kidney surgery at a top hospital in Delhi. Yasin Malik who champions Azadi from India has till date not disclosed his source of income. The separatists doesn't have any profession and doesn't own business. He is not a former MLA who draws pension. This makes it clear that he doesn't have financial sources to undergo expensive surgery. Yasin Malik should make it clear to his forced followers how he is going to pay the expenses. Malik had said he has transformed after reading Mahatma Gandhi. Mahatma Gandhi didn't lie about his finances and didn't undergo a costly medical check up not lived in luxury. Going for expensive surgery and then advocating Gandhian principles exposes the double standards and double speak of this separatists who first killed innocent people and then talk about non-violence. Malik if still sticks to his anti-India stand shouldn't have gone for surgery outside the Kashmir. He should have decided to go for surgery in the Valley itself to be operated by local surgeon. At the most he could have gone to PoK to get operated. Malik like in the past didn't do any of the either prepositions but rather decided to fall back on Indian expertise. The surgery is also an opportunity for Malik to make mid-life course correction. He must realize now that being trapped in anti-Indian mind set he can't save even his own life leave along freedom for fellow Kashmiris. He must now realize that being mainstream Indian cannot only save his life but also give him to understand the beauty and opportunities in this country. The Indian doctors have not said no to perform surgery and this must be realization to this separatist to stop giving call for Kashmir when even President arrives there. He must also realize that his life is dependent on Indian who they oppose to perform even darshan of holy Amarnath. |
