The Jammu and Kashmir State Supervisory Board (SSB) for PC&PNDT Act proposes recommendations to make amendments in the rules by inserting a clause in Rule 11 (2) of the PC&PNDT rules 2006 on the lines of amendment made by the government of India, which also provides for the confiscation of equipments of the unregistered Ultra Sound Clinics, were today agreed upon at a meeting of the Board, with the Minister for Health, Sham Lal Sharma in the chair.
