Educational institutions celebrate Christmas with fanfare

JAMMU, Dec 21: Various educational institutions celebrated Christmas with today wishing peace and prosperity all across the globe.
Children presented colourful programmes and sang carols. Santa Claus, brimming with the spirit of charity and compassion was conspicuous giving away gifts and candy to all, radiating the message of Christianity .
Anil. K. Padha was the chief guest. Speaking on the occasion he gave a powerful message to the audience to imbibe the higher values of life viz sympathy , deep thinking, service of humanity, respect for elders and sacrifice for mankind. Chairman, H.L Abrol, Director, Gourav Abrol, GD Pandey, Ajay Saraf and Anil Gupta, elite citizens of Jammu, also graced the occasion.
Daffodils Care Convent celebrated Christmas Day. A cake was cut during the celebration. Toddlers were attired as Santa clause and fairies. Christmas Cards and fancy dress competition were the main attraction of the function. The toddlers attired as Santa Clause distributed sweets and also danced on the tunes of Christmas songs. A great enthusiasm was seen in teachers and kids. A Christmas tree was decorated with glittering buntings, bells, stars, gifts and sweets were the attraction for all centre of attraction for all the children. The Principal Shikha Puri conveyed the message of love, peace and joy.
Rich Heritage School, Bakshi Nagar Celebrates Christmas Day with in the School premises. Ashok Amla, was the Chief Guest on the occasion. Programme started with the performance of little kids who performed on Christmas jingles. A group prayer was also presented by the students of Rich Heritage School, which was highly applause by the audience and the chief guest. The little participants of U.K.G and L.K.G class sang poems and rhymes. The principal Mira Amla, presented the vote of thanks and said the entire credit for making this program a success goes to the staff members.
Apple Kids International Pre- School, Bantalab here today involved tiny tots in a colourful cultural programme, organised at the school premises on the eve of Christmas.
Clad in colourful and specially designed dresses on the occasion, young students danced on the tunes of popular songs amidst sharing sweets among themselves thus making it a festival of friendship and joy.
Students gave an eye-catching performance while dancing on the tunes of `Jingle Bells'. Since, the occasion gives message of brotherhood and joy, these young students enjoyed the two-hour long celebrations making the function memorable.
The programme concluded with the special message of peace, love, non-violence and brotherhood to the young students from Principal, Puja Sharma.
NITL High secondary School Udhampur celebrated Christmas. An impressive function was organized by the school to Celebrated Christmas, in which Principal of the School Ajay Gupta, ` teachers, staff Members and students were Present.
Students decorated Christmas tree with glittering buntings, bells, stars, gifts and sweets. Students presented Cultures items based on the theme of Christmas.
At the end of the function Principal NITL School convey a message and appealed to all to follow the path of love, brotherhood & peace for the betterment of whole mankind.
Meanwhile A colorful programme was organized by the Dream Land Public High School Udhampur to celebrated Christmas day . On the occasion of the Christmas day function Students Presented different items based on the theme of the Christmas. Principal Dream land Public School Sudeshwar was also present in this occasion .
