Jammu, Jan 2 (JNF): Jammu & Kashmir High Court will remain closed for winter vacation from January 5, 2013 to January 24, 2013. According to the notification issued today by Registrar General Suresh Kumar Sharma that Chief Justice of J&K High Court nominated judges for the vacation for both wing of High Court to hear urgent matters. For Jammu wing Justice Hasnain Massodi is the vacation Judge in week commencing from January 14 to January 17, 2013 and January 21 to January 24, 2013.
For Srinagar Wing Justice Yaqoob Mir is the Vacation Jude in the week commencing from January 14 to January 17, 2013 and Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar is the Vacation Judge in the week commencing from January 21 to January 24, 2013.
