SAMBA, Jan 6 : A Red ribbon express a mobile multi media supported exhibition train on HIV/AIDS an imitative of national AIDS central organisation in association with a National Rural Health Mission and Indian Railway entered second time in district samba. It is a stationed at Railway Station Samba for two days 6th &7th January 2013. Inagurating the Red Ribbon Express at Samba Railway station industries and Commerce Minister Surjit Singh Salathia called upon greatest need to spread awareness of promote services on HIV/AIDS across, MLA samba also spoke on the occassion landing the efforts of creating mass awareness of this deadly disaeses.
A skit and debate on the topic of the AIDS was presented by the local artists and the students.In his welcome address District Development Commisioner Samba outline the aims and objectives of the Red Ribbon Express. Project director J&K State and AIDS prevention and central society gave a detailed information about Red Ribbon Express.
