NC wasting public money in highlighting achievements: Janta Dal

Jammu, Jan 6 : The Janta Dal (U) has alleged that the National Conference led coalition government in state has been failed to address the problem of unemployed educated youth in the state as the result the number of unemployed in the state is reached to alarming level but the National Conference in state and Congress government in centre has failed to frame any policy for these youth.This was alleged by state President, Ghulam Qadir Wani while addressing a public rally held here today. The rally was organized by the JD(U) Youth president Pawan Singh.Addressing on the occasion, he said the Omar led National Conference is wasting the public money in highlighting their achievements from during the last four years, where as on the ground level nothing has been achieved by this collation government, it has made a record growth in spreading corruption in every nook and the corner of state. The corruption is the only gift to state during its four years tenure which has brings the state on No 1 among other corrupt states in the country" he said. While condemning the coalition government over the issue of Panches and Sarpanches he said, the Congress government in centre and National Conference in state both are harassing the panches and sarpanches on the name of giving power to them, as the result these panches and sarpanches are running from pillar to pillar to get their constitutional rights and with out these rights there is no fun to conduct these polls in state.
The JD(U) further urges state government to frame a policy for the daily wagers of various state departments, as they not getting their salaries properly due to which their lives has reached at the stage of starvation, but the state government is not prepared to hike their salaries nor doing anything to regularize them as they has completed more than five years of their service in respective departments. Speaking on the occasion, JD (U) State President, Pawan Singh said that the all assurances given by Omar Abdullah on the completion are nothing but mere hallow assurances as from the last four years the state has failed to see any development in any field. Now, when the elections are nearby by Omar govt is trying to trap the people in the name of jobs, since he himself is not in a position to tell people of the state what type of jobs he going to provide.
The senior party leader Thakur Puran Singh said the JD (U) is committed serve the state, now it is upto the people, who they want so support as Congress, NC has cheated them on the every occasion.
Among other who addressed on the occasion were SP Mangota, Abdul Majid Wani.Raj Kumar, Yog Raj, Kapil Singh and Bal Krisharn and Shamsher Singh.
On the occasion some persons also joined the party including, Dinesh Sharma, Inder Singh, Vicky Sharma and Ashu Sharma and Others.
