Further he said that the current coalition government is trying its level best to solve the problems of the people of state and enhance the level of facilities which the people deserve. He also appealed the people of the State to think and analyze themselves rather than listening to the statements given by the opposition parties against the current coalition Government. He also said that I have personally observed that the common people are hesitant to approach the police department as Police personnel according to them are arrogant as they have to deal with criminal cases. As the time has come that a new cell of Police should be raised who should only deal with public grievance and accidental cases. They should be polite and friendly with the complainants so that people need not have to think before approaching them for getting a solution for their problems. Others who shared their thoughts during the meeting were SS Jamwal General Secretary for the State, Pankaj Chhibber State Secretary Pradesh Congress Seva Dal, Vinay Gupta General Secretary, J K Kaul, Harinder Singh, Rajni Sharma, Zulfkar Ali Mumtaz, Anil Sharma, Majib Ul Rehman, M L Rao, Vinay Sharma, Capt.
