Udhampur, Jan 17: MLA Udhampur Balwant Singh Mankotia inaugurated work on Community Hall at Kaishreh in Phyt Baryal here today. Addressing people Mankotia said the hall will be completed before March 2013 with an estimated cost of Rs 5.50 lacs. He said he has released funds for the construction of the hall out of CDF a few months back. "With the completion of this hall Guru Nabha Dass Sabha in particular and public of Baryal, Kashirah in general will be benefited," Mankotia added.
