Manohar Singh appreciates PM, Sonia for deescalating tension on LoC 1/20/2013 11:05:24 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT Kathua, Jan 20 : Jammu Pradesh Congress Committee secretary S Manohar Singh Sunday said that mounting tension across the Line of Control (LoC) between India and Pakistan was reduced due to the visionary and progressive approach of Prime minister Dr Manmohan Singh and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi. While appreciating the decisions taken by the Congress, Singh appealed to people to work for strengthening the party.
