Srinagar, Jan 20 : Security forces on Sunday busted a militant hideout in north Kashmir's Baramulla district and recovered a cache of arms and ammunition, police said.
Police carried out a joint operation with the army and busted the hideout in Sangri forests of Magam area, a police spokesman said.
Two AK 47 rifles, one AK magazines, 15 AK rounds, three Chinese pistol rounds, two RPG rounds, two grenades and four UBGL rounds were recovered from the hide out.
No arrests have been made so far, he added. |
