Two booked for black-marketing of K oil 1/22/2013 11:28:08 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT KATHUA, Jan 22: Police has booked two person for their alleged involved in black marketing of kerosene oil. One of the accused was arrested alongwith 70litres of K while the depot owner is absconding till the last report came in. According to police a Police party of Police Station Bani acting on a specific information conducted a raid near food & Supply Store Bani and recovered 70 liters of Kerosene Oil being sold illegally by Suresh Kumar S/O Kaka Ram R/O Kanthal Tehsil Bani, Owner of Kerosene Depot Bani to one Naseem Javid S/O Abdul Rashid R/O Bani. Accused Naseem Javid was arrested on spot alongwith vehicle (Mahindera) No. HP48-1754 whereas accused dealer namely Suresh Kumar managed to escape from spot. A Case FIR No. 02/2013 U/S 3/7 E.C.
