JAMMU, Jan 23: To select probable for the upcoming National School Games in athletics, the Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) today conducted selection trials-cum-competition in all age groups of boys and girls at University of Jammu tracks, here.
The competition was supervised by higher officials of the department amidst visit by the Director DYSS, Jai Pal Singh and Joint Director, Madan Lal. The competition is being conducted under the guidance of Deputy Director DYSS, Ashok Kumar and District Officer, Tirath Ram.
In this day-long exercise, young athletes from Kashmir Division and Jammu Division took part and different field and track events.
