Jammu, Feb 10: A large number of youth today joined District Youth wing of JKDF and pledged to toe the party line. In a statement a spokesperson of the JKDF said, "A large group of youth were welcomed into the party fold by Anil Gupta, President JKDF in presence of Rohit Kerni (President District Youth Wing), Aman Sharma (Vice President District Youth Wing) and Ravi Mehra (General Secretary, District Youth Wing)." Gupta said, "The youth have to play an important role in developmental activities and have a responsibility to take the party in right perspective. JKDF is fast growing political group which has emerged as peoples' voice in short span of time." "Our objective is to focus on peoples' problems and developmental activities where Jammu is still lagging behind. Jammu has been made victim of discrimination, injustice and mis-governance. It is duty of party workers to reach to the masses in order to know their problems and highlight the same," he said. "We hope by association of these youth with us , Our party shall become strong and achieve its objectives more rapidly." The prominent youth who joined JKDF include Majid Koyal, Supreet Singh Raja, Tahir, Shehroz, Arshad, Farid Qazi, Amir Wani, Janan Javed Wani, Aamir, Manik Gupta, Shahbaz, Parvez, Deepjot Singh, Harsh Singh, Bunty Sharma, Aman Singh, Nitesh Goswami, Mannu Sharma, Varun Jamwal, Anshu, Kulbeer Singh, Shamsher Singh, Vidut Gupta, Kavish, Ankush Gupta, Sonu, Sahil Gupta, Saleem Anwar and Gugu. Meanwhile, a large number of prominent persons from Raipur-Bantalab Poonch Colony also joined JKDF in the presence of Anil Gupta. Addressing the gathering, Anil Gupta said, "The youth have to play a important role in developmental activities and have a responsibility to toil the party in right perspective.
