SRINAGAR, Feb 12: The Minister for Finance and Ladakh Affairs, Abdul Rahim Rather today visited District Hospital Budgam and took stock of the facilities being provided to the patients.
Rather, who is camping in Budgam, to oversee availability of basic amenities to the people, in the wake of prevailing situation, asked the Chief Medical Officer, Budgam to ensure that adequate medicare facility is provided to both indoor and outdoor patients.
He also urged for ensuring punctuality of medical and paramedical staff in various health units of the district adding that Law enforcing agencies have been asked to allow free to and fro movement of hospital staff to enable them to reach to their respective health units to perform their essential duties.
