ABVP demads enquiry against culprits

Jammu, Feb 12 : Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) Jammu- Kashmir, while showing its concern for yesterday's incident held at JU campus in which a girl student of Bio- Technology Department was assaulted by some unidentified miscreants in the campus, has demanded strong
enquiry in this serious matter and strong action against the culprits. In a meeting held at State Office Prade ABVP State Secretary Raghav Sharma said that the incident which took place yesterday at JU Campus in the broad daylight has exposed the senario of Jammu University. Besides being declared 2013 as women safety year, the women in Jammu University are still unsafe. He further appealed the JU vice-chancellor to personaly intervene into the matter and besides taking strong action against the yesterday incident, some strong measures need to be taken for safe and secure JU Campus. He also demanded strong enquiry and strong action against the culprits.
