| PDD employees hold dharna, demand detachment of AEE | | |  Kathua, Feb 14: The employees of PDD kathua have suspended their work and sat on one day dharna in order to lodge a strong protest against the state government for causing severe harassment to the employees. The PDD was today left handicapped and no work was done as all the employees of the PDD along with activists of JKPDTU also sat in dharna demonstration in the premises of the PDD at Kathua and termed the JK govt's approach to collect the revenue un justified and not genuine towards the employees of the PDD. While speaking on the occasion employees have strongly criticized the attachment of the AEE PDD Hiranagar Neel Kamal who gave excellent performance for collecting the revenue up to 95% in the area of Hiranagar. The employees have said the higher authority has rewarded the officer by giving him attachment orders. They blamed that the state government is playing all anti-employees games and causing huge frustrations and harassment to the employees of the PDD by assigning them the duty of revenue collection. They said the revenue collection is a good step to fill the government treasury to run the state but the modes and means of the government to collect the revenues have not been framed till date which is causing only harassment to the employees. The employees warned the government and high authority to cancel the attachment of of AEE Neel Kamal of PDD and stop the further harassment of the employees of PDD .
