MP inaugurates renovated auditorium of GDC, Kathua 2/15/2013 12:51:50 AM EARLY TIMES REPORT KATHUA, Feb 14: Member of Parliament Ch. Lal Singh today inaugurated the renovated College Auditorium of Government Degree College (GDC), Kathua. The face lifting of the auditorium was carried out of MP's Local Area Development (MPLAD) Fund by Ch. Lal Singh. Singh contributed Rs 20 lakh for this renovation of the auditorium. In his inaugural address Ch. Lal Singh expressed his deep sense of satisfaction over the timely completion of renovation work. He also assured that he will always work for the betterment of the institution. Speaking on the occasion, Singh also congratulated the Principal, staff and students of the College for taking the College to new heights. He also appreciated the colourful cultural programme presented by the college students. Earlier, the Principal of the College Dr. Nater Singh welcomed Ch.
