6-day COPS course concludes 2/17/2013 11:46:23 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 17: The six days Community Oriented Policing Service (COPS) course organised by civil defence Jammu at CTI, concluded today. As per press release, Deputy Inspector General of Police, HG/CD & SDRF Sham Lal Sharma, IPS, was Chief Guest of the function and he highlighted the need and roll of Civil Defence. SSP Commandant SDRF 2nd Bn Ghulam Sarwar Chouhan, was Guest of honour at the concluding function. The camp was attended by 20 Civil Defence Wardens / Volunteers.
