Rajouri, Feb 23: Burglars struck at a temple in old city last late night and decamped with valuables including gold and silver ornaments worth lakhs, sources said.
Sources said that the theft came to light around 9.30 am when the temple priest Krishan Lal came to temple to perform the daily rituals. After noticing the heft at temple, he informed the police about the theft and the details of stolen articles.
Meanwhile Police has registered an FIR in this regard and started investigation. |
