Kathua, Mar 4 : DIG Doda Range Garib Dass on Monday released a monthly newspaper "Police Watch" in a function organized at Kathua.
According to press release, the members of Civil Society, Literary persons, Politicians, Advocates, social workers and large number of people also present on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion, Garib Dass hailed the Editor- in- Chief Mauj Kesar for his initiative to bridge the gap between police and public by bring the actualities to their domains.
