Lachmanpora drain irks people 3/4/2013 11:50:47 PM Et Plus Report Srinagar, Mar 4 : A drain constructed recently from Masjid-e-Umer to erstwhile Doodganga canal has subjected the people to inconvenience. The people of Lachmanpora, Batmaloo said the drain was constructed and forgotten. "It was not connected to the drains of the area causing pools of stagnant water across the locality.
