Jammu, Mar 17 : A meeting of plus two Lecture from all Districts of Jammu Province was held at Dogra Sadar Sabha, here today. According to press release, around 200 PSC Lecture participated and discussed the issues of illegality of notional effect of regularization orders and subsequent formulations of the seniority in the department Further the house of meeting impressed upon the formulation of some kind of formal grouping to pursue the interests of PSC recruits.
The Central Working Committee (CWC) took vow to fight against illegal notional effect of regularization orders in violation of Govt order no 743-GAD-2007 dated 28-6-2007 and enforce the 50:50 recruitment rule for maintaining combined seniority in accordance with rule of law.
In addition to this it also formulated a charter of demands consisting of Running Pattern, Restoration of 40 % quota in Higher Education non vocational status of Principals and so on. |
