| Hari Singh alone had the power to decide State's fate | | Geelani The Liar | | Rustam
JAMMU, Mar 17: Pro-Pakistan Syed Ali Shah Geelani, who has been conducting anti-India operations under the very nose of the authorities in Srinagar and New Delhi for decades now, but with no result, is a liar and bluffer. And those who give him space also could be legitimately accused of spreading misinformation to mislead Kashmiri Muslims, most of them want peace.
Yesterday, Geelani crossed all the limits and preached nothing but falsehood and only falsehood. He said Maharaja Hari Singh had no constitutional and moral right to take decision on the political future of his princely state or accede Jammu & Kashmir State to India.
It's all rubbish; a white lie. Hari Singh alone had the right to decide the state's future in terms of constitutional law of the subject under which Pakistan also came into being (read Indian Independence Act of 1947). His decision on the state's accession was legal and constitutional. There should be no doubt about it. To question Maharaja Hari Singh's decision would be to question the very emergence of Pakistan. Only a fool or a liar like Geelani can say what he shamelessly said.
This Pakistani agent and fanatic not only distorted history but also insulted the people of Jammu and Ladakh, besides many Kashmiris, including Kashmiri Hindus, by shamelessly saying that the entire population of the state never acceded to India. The people of these two regions and various sections of Kashmiri society, including Kashmiri Hindus, were extremely happy when Maharaja linked their fate to India as per their wishes. Jammu & Kashmir has been an integral part of Indian history, culture and civilization since ages. Only a fanatic and liar, not part of Indian civilization, can say what he shamelessly said. Geelani, like many separatists in Kashmir, is not ethnically Kashmiri. His ancestors, like the ancestors of many other separatists in Kashmir, had come from Central Asia. This is a fact.
Geelani must keep his mouth shut and not utter non-sense.
The liar Geelani also demanded implementation of UN resolutions so that the people of the state are able to decide their fate. He is a confused and mad man. He doesn't know what he says. Plebiscite in the state is impossible as Pakistan has not withdrawn its forces from the illegally occupied areas. It cannot be held because Pakistan has ceded a portion of the occupied territories to China. It cannot be organized because India has not reoccupied the occupied areas. He must know that the UN resolution had envisaged plebiscite in the state as it existed on August 15, 1947 and not in parts of the state. But he is a liar like all other Kashmiri separatists and those who give them space and preach falsehood.
Geelani said many other things, all absurd indicating how perverted and liar he has turned. When will the people of Kashmir call the bluff of Geelani and his ilk?
