NGO rues irrelevant information given by BMO

Kathua, Mar 17: Society for Eradication of corruption has alleged that the Block Medical Officer Nagari Dr. R.K Sangra was deliberately providing irrelevant and unwanted information in response to their RTI query to conceal the facts. While addressing a press conference Hitendar Khamnotra, president of the NGO charged the BMO of deliberately providing misleading information.
Mr. Khamnotra said that the NGO had demanded total expenditure of Pulse Polio project in Nagari, and the BMO had asked the NGO to deposit Rs. 3200/- as cost of the stationery to be used in the reply, but BMO offered irrelevant and unwanted information which was not demanded.
"The given information also indicates fraudulent withdrawals and fictitious bills made for ulterior motives.
