Jammu, Mar 17: A deputation of Kashmiri Pandit Migrant Camp (KPMC) met MoS Revenue and Rehablitation, Ajaz Ahmed Khan and demanded replacement of damaged power transformer in their locality, here on Sunday.
He also said a deputation of suffering community today met MoS Revenue and Rehabilitation, Ajaz Ahmed Khan. The Minister paid heed over the demands of community and directed the concerned department to solve the problems being faced the resident of TRT Camp, Nagrota.
Earlier, a meeting was also held at migrant camp Nagrota, under the Chairmanship of Chand Ji Khar. In the meeting the problems being faced by community were discussed including transport facilities, drinking water supply and replacement the damaged transformers in the camp Block-C & D on the 2nd day of Shivratri. Addressing the meeting, Khar informed the gathering that he has approached the Chief Engineer, PDD, XEN PDD, Relief Commissioner (M) and also XEN Relief Organization to streamline the basic faculties in their area before second Shivratri. |
