| Sakina addresses public meeting at Lamed, Announces Rs. 4 lakh for fencing, wash rooms | | | KULGAM: The Minister for Social Welfare, Ms. Sakina Itoo on Thursday said that Government is committed to ensure development in all three regions of the State. She said that Government has prioritized the sectors like health, education and communication.
The Minister was addressing a public meeting at Lamed Kulgam in South Kashmir.
The Minister enlisted the development projects completed during last four years. She said number of projects including construction of bridges, school and hospital buildings have been completed and thrown open to public service. She said the commitments made with people are being fulfilled in a phased manner.
Ms. Sakina Itoo called upon the people to extend full support to the Government’s endeavour for assuring completion of the developmental projects.
She announced Rs. 4 lakh out of her Constituency Development Fund for construction of fencing of graveyard at Lamed and two wash rooms in High School, Lamed, Kulgam.
Among others, a large number of Panchs and Sarpanchs participated in the public meeting. |
