JAMMU, Sept 8: Annual inter-college (men and women) badminton tournament, organised by the Department of Sports and Physical Education, University of Jammu, shall start at Police Indoor Hall, Gulshan Ground, here tomorrow.
As many as 19 matches, including nine in women's section, have been scheduled for the opening day tomorrow. However, four teams in both men and women section have been given bye in the first round.
In all, 27 teams have confirmed their entries men's section, including Post Graduate Departments. Similarly, in women's section there are 26 teams in the already drawn fixture, including title holder MIET. |
