Speaking on the occasion, Jamwal said that there was an urgent need for the civil society groups and religious preachers to help them in controlling the menace otherwise they would lose their moral right to criticize anybody if such incidents occur. He suggested various measures including holding of similar programmes in their respective Biradari meetings, training of volunteers, educating youngsters and then holding of a mega event in Jammu where thousands of children will be given oath to follow law and legal norms. Balbir Singh Manhas, Advocate and Advisor of society said that the Drugs use has increased manifold and is spoiling the communities and country and urged civil society to raise its voice against all aberrations.
