CEO Poonch assumes charge, accorded rousing reception 9/8/2013 10:31:35 PM Early Times Report POONCH, Sept 8: A rousing welcome was accorded to newly posted Chief Education Officer (CEO) Poonch, Abdul Hameed Fani, who assumed the charge today. He was warmly welcomed by the teacher community and the general public. While coming from Jammu to Poonch in the morning to join his duty as CEO Poonch he was warmly welcomed & garlanded at various places of Poonch. On his arrival at Poonch office he was received by a large number of education officers including Principals, ZEOs, Headmasters and teachers along with general public.
