| Induction Program organised by IGNOU study centre | | | early times report
Udhampur, Sept 8: An Induction Programme for those students of Indira Gandhi National Open University who have been enrolled for various programs with Study Centre No 1250 at Govt. Degree College (Boys) Udhampur during January 2013 session was organized today.
Prof. Sudhir Singh, coordinator of the Centre presided over the meet.
In his address he greeted the students for their judicious choice of opting studies through IGNOU. He also acquainted the students with the working of the university regarding the students and urged them to be more and more organized to avail facilities provided to them.
"Read the Program Guide thoroughly or keep logging on to the official websites of the University and Regional Centre Jammu for latest updates. The more you cooperate and perform in the time bound manner, the more conveniently you will pursue your studies," he added.
Prof. Romesh Kumar Atri, Asstt Coordinator of the Centre gave a detailed session on the mode of examination and evaluation, dates for filling the exam forms and fee structure etc.
Prof Romesh Chander Sharma Asstt Coordinator spoke regarding the admission details, counselling sessions, assignment preparation etc.
The students could be seen freely interacting with the officers/officials regarding their queries. Students of almost all the programs attended the session. |
