KISHTWAR, Nov 25: Three shops including a medical store and tea stall gutted in fire caused due to short circuit in Paryarna village some 25 kms from Kishtwar.
As per the reports, the fire broke out in the shops of Liyaqat Mintoo son of Nazir Ahmed (medical shop), Chait Ram (tea stall) and Yasir Ahmed son of Abdul Gani (Kerosene oil depot) all residents of Padyarna Kishtwar during midnight. After seeing the flames coming out of shops, the people raise hue and cry as a result of which large number of people living in adjoining villages rushed to the spot and started rescue operation. After hectic efforts, the fire was brought under control. The property is owned by Rakesh Kumar son of Mohar Singh of Padyarna. Police have registered an FIR and started its investigation. |
