JAMMU, Dec 1: Sports Week concluded with great enthusiasm at Government College of Engineering and Technology, Jammu which was convened by professor, Dr. Rajinder Gupta and students of the college were participated in various sports activities like Badminton, Carom, chess, Table Tennis, Kho-Kho etc.
The sports week was inaugurated with Rangoli competition in which students of computer Department was adjudged as best.
Harpreet Singh and Simran Gupta of 7th and 5th Semester respectively were 1st in Table Tennis; Ishfaq Rehman and Himanshu Gandotra of 7th Semester were 1st in Carom; Junaid and Aditi Sharma of 7th and 1st Semester respectively were adjudged as 1st in Chess competition; Kanav Bali and Parul of 7th Semester were adjudged as 1st in Badminton.
All the participants were participated with sportsman spirit during the event was organized by the college. The staff members of the college also participated in the sports activities.
