Jammu, Dec 1: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah who charged Narendra Modi of misinformation and distorting facts during his speech in Lalkar rally at Jammu, was himself found guilty of distorting the figures with regards to the attendance in Modi's rally. While posting certain aerial pictures of Modi's rally on social media, Omar had claimed that Modi's rally was attended by 25-45 thousand people, while modest estimates by eye witnesses put the figure at over one lakh. "Omar also needs to get his facts right," said a participant while commenting on Omar's tweet. Earlier, in his two different tweets, Omar had rejected Modi's statements on shrinking tourism in J&K and discrimination against women with regards to their rights to property. |
