Court denies bail to accused
Narwal shootout case

Jammu, Dec 6 : Special Municipal Magistrate Jammu VS Bhou has rejected the bail application of Manmohan Singh and Kewal Krishan who were allegedly involved in much publicized Narwal Shot-out case. According to the police case that on November 22, 2013 information was received that one person Prabjot Singh was injured due to pistol shot injury at Narwal.
On this police recorded the statement of injured wherein he stated that Manmohan Singh and Kewal Krishan came on santro and attacked the injured with pistol and also Parminder Singh was attacked with one weapon and police registered a case u/s 307/34 r/w3/25 Amrs Act. Court after hearing Senior PO Rohit Gupta for the state observed that court cannot in such heinous offences and the manner in which the offences has been committed can pass an order to bail out accused because court has to act within statutory domain of law and cannot go beyond the statutory command of law and rejected the bail application.
